I am a researcher in Software Systems Research Department, AT&T Labs Research . My research interests include P2P, Mobile Computing, IPTV, World Wide Web, and Software Engineering.

I earned a B.A. in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University, an M.S. from University of Wisconsin - Madison, and Ph.D. in computer science from University of California at Berkeley.
