John G. Klincewicz is a Senior
Technical Specialist in the Network Design and Performance Analysis
Department of AT&T Labs. He has an S.B. in Mathematics from M.I.T.
and a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Yale University. Since
joining AT&T in 1979, he has worked on a variety of applications,
including backbone network design, ring network planning, inventory
control, transportation planning, warehouse location and capacity
expansion. His research interests include telecommunication
network design, facility location models, and heuristics for
combinatorial problems. He has over twenty refereed
publications and is a member of INFORMS.
