Dion Leung received his B.Sc. degree
in electrical engineering from the University of Alberta in 2000. He
conducts research with the Network Systems Group at TRLabs and has
recently finished his Ph.D. thesis, entitled Capacity Planning and Management for
Mesh-Survivable Networks under Demand Uncertainty, at the
University of Alberta. Besides his research interest in the area of
transport network modeling and planning, he also received a project
management certificate and has been a communications director for Hong
Kong Canada Business Association, Edmonton Section (HKCBA). He is a
member of IEEE, Project Management Institute (PMI), the Association of
Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta
(APEGGA).
