| Carlo Mannino is Associate Professor
in Operations Research at the University of Rome 1 - La Sapienza. He authored many
research papers in Discrete Optimization, Mathematical Programming, and
Operations Research. Telecommunication networks have been central to
the applied part of his research work. He contributed to the
development of the methodology adopted by the Italian Communications
Authority to realize the Italian National Radio/TV Frequency plan, both
for analog and digital technology. |
