FORMULA

Conjecture: for n>4, a(n) is the nearest integer with the same parity as n, which is >= (sum_{k=1..n^2} prime(k+1))/n. For example, sum_{k=1..5^2} prime(k+1)/5=231.8, so a(5)=233. And sum_{k=1.. 6^2} prime(k+1))/6=430.3, so a(6)=432.
